Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in veterinary medicine or a medical facility, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client experience through warm and friendly interactions
- Manage practice reception, including visitor and telephone management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date veterinary medical records
- Process cash, checks, and credit card payments
- Schedule appointments and ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare and send client correspondence
- Conduct recalls and send reminder notices to clients
- Perform backup of computer system and oversee daily business posting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Client satisfaction references preferred
- Ability to work on weekends
