Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Work on problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations and reviewing data to determine appropriate actions.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to ensure successful sign-off with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Check out and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
  • Communicate and resolve issues to ensure successful sign-off with customers.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice to new and existing customers.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or 5 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to serve and train customers effectively.
  • Experience successfully servicing electronic equipment strongly preferred.
  • Basic electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Travel Requirements

Estimated 70% within region.
