About the Role

Lovella Salon Nyc Inc is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit payments
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
