Position Overview:

Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated Oncology Specialist to join our esteemed team in Brighton, Colorado. This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive healthcare services in a community-focused environment.

About Us:

Our facility is a 98-bed, Level III Trauma Center that serves a vibrant community. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through our Cancer Center, which is equipped with modern amenities including two examination rooms and twelve infusion chairs. Our supportive staff comprises a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and a team of skilled nurses and healthcare professionals dedicated to ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient care in a collaborative environment.
  • Participate in on-call duties, typically light, across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Oncology program.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • An MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • An unrestricted medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Completion of a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience with leadership capabilities.
