Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with vendor representatives to achieve 100% accurate duplication of order specifications.
  • Proof and perform initial quality control review of vendor quotes to submission for Revenue Validation.
  • Coordinate with Assistive Technology Professionals and Customer Care Coordinators to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work independently to meet individual goals and weekly department productivity goals.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent, including reading, writing, and math competencies.
  • Two years of durable medical equipment experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a high-paced office environment.
  • Able to interpret general business documents and forms, with problem-solving and analytical skills.
