Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between coding companies and office staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
- Maintain and track spreadsheets to ensure compliance with Medicaid and NYS DOH regulations.
- Coordinate with billing companies to resolve invoice errors and ensure timely payment.
- Manage EVV Transmission reports and resolve transmission errors.
- Follow up with clinicians to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Release NOAs in accordance with Medicare guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including ordering supplies, doing payroll, and scheduling visits.
- Participate in Performance Improvement projects.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Prior experience with HHAeXchange a plus.
- Absolute integrity and sufficient maturity to handle confidential aspects of work.
