We are seeking an experienced Roofing Construction Superintendent to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, directing field personnel to complete projects on schedule, and maintaining open communication with project managers and administrative staff. If you have 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing Commercial or Residential Roofing Construction, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Direct field personnel to complete projects on schedule and maintain open communication with project managers and administrative staff.
  • Create and update project schedules for on-time delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
  • Complete daily reports and daily timesheets on the job site.
  • Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
  • Promote safety practices and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years' experience as a Superintendent managing Commercial or Residential Roofing Construction.
  • Driver's License.
  • OSHA10 certified.
  • Experience with construction-related software is desirable.
  • Ability to develop/maintain a positive working relationship with clients, public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
