  • Navigate customers through the entire vehicle buying process, from initial contact to delivery
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to effectively track customer interactions and provide personalized service
  • Become a brand expert, highlighting vehicle features and options to make informed product recommendations
  • Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them, ensuring a seamless transaction
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the sales team

Requirements:

  • Team-focused individual with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and habits, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not necessary; our training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Ability to learn new technology, products, and services, including Microsoft products and video communication software
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building mentality, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license and clean driving record also required

Compensation and Benefits:
