Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and set appointments to build a sales client base
- Engage customers with vehicle information and video walkarounds to showcase our products
- Welcome guests into the dealership in a prompt and friendly manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Navigate customers through the entire vehicle buying process, from initial contact to delivery
- Utilize industry-leading technology to effectively track customer interactions and provide personalized service
- Become a brand expert, highlighting vehicle features and options to make informed product recommendations
- Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them, ensuring a seamless transaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the sales team
Requirements:
- Team-focused individual with a friendly, positive attitude
- Professional appearance and habits, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not necessary; our training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Ability to learn new technology, products, and services, including Microsoft products and video communication software
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building mentality, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license and clean driving record also required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $60,000.00 per year
