Job Description
Position Summary:

As a Sales Manager for Fitness Studio at SPENGA Waukee, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and success. This role encompasses all aspects of lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, as well as managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
  • Sell memberships and retail
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Submit accurate and timely reports
  • Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organization abilities
  • Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
  • Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
