Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Guardian Flight is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Rover Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing field maintenance on our aircraft, ensuring they are airworthy and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and document field maintenance of aircraft airframe, engines, propellers, and appliances
  • Ensure all aircraft maintenance records and associated documents are completed and filed in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Maintain the base parts inventory, process orders for and receive spare parts, and perform inventory counts
  • Interface with Operations department and Communications Center to maintain timely communications regarding aircraft status and availability
  • Provide after-hours maintenance on-call support for regional operational bases as assigned and directed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 3 years experience maintaining turboprop and/or turbine powered aircraft
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License and current/unexpired drivers license
  • Ability to interpret, apply, and effectively communicate complex technical data and processes associated with aircraft maintenance
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of electrical and avionics systems and be able to troubleshoot and repair any systems faults and defects as they develop
