About the Role

Avera is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the operation, testing, and inspection of refrigeration, HVAC, Boiler, Electrical, and/or Plumbing related equipment within our complex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and major component overhaul on facility structure and equipment
  • Work under general supervision with work subject to check by the Director and/or Supervisor
  • Have a thorough, working knowledge of the principles and procedures of the work involved
Requirements
  • Technical degree required, equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of experience required
  • HVAC or certification in Electrical, Plumbing, or Boiler required based on the role
