Job Overview

The Fort Miller Service Corp. is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in the manufacture of concrete burial vaults. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing forms, pouring and finishing concrete, and stripping forms. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and putting away tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and prepare forms for concrete pouring
  • Pour and finish concrete to ensure high-quality products
  • Strip forms and prepare for next production cycle
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with concrete, epoxy glues, and other chemicals used in the manufacturing process
  • Ability to perform heavy physical labor in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to understand common measurements of length
  • Ability to withstand exposure to diesel fumes, extreme temperatures, form oil/concrete, and epoxy/glue
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
