Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic finance team.

This role will be instrumental in our financial processes, providing essential support to the CFO and other leadership members.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Financial Operations Manager, you will undertake a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the financial stability of our company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Controller in overseeing all facets of the organization's financial operations, including the generation of periodic financial statements, upkeep of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets to minimize risk.


  • Improving the accuracy of the organization's reported financial outcomes and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Collaborating with the finance team to formulate and implement budgets for each department.
  • Conducting regular financial assessments, preparing detailed reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Assisting in the coordination of information for external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Supervising the accounting personnel and managing the team to guarantee that tasks are appropriately distributed and completed promptly and accurately.
  • Assisting in the management of the organization's treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and oversight.
  • Participating in the development of corporate policies as a member of the senior management team.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Financial Operations Manager position, candidates should meet the following criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and management.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closing, reporting, etc.).
  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial management software.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to strategize and resolve issues effectively.
