Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator II to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. As an Assembly Operator II, you will play a crucial role in the server assembly process, ensuring precision and quality in every unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack and assemble chassis and components for server assembly, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Install and replace brackets, labels, and various small components with precision and accuracy.
  • Execute product assembly operations on various units, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize automatic and semi-automatic machines to streamline assembly processes, minimizing errors and maximizing output.
  • Employ power screwdrivers and assist in recycling operations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in assembly work, with a proven track record of quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to handle loads of up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Comfort working on ladders and exhibiting manual dexterity, with a focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
