POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging various components to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to the global aftermarket.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
1. Accurately verify components against the shop order prior to the assembly process.
2. Consistently meet or exceed established quality and production benchmarks on a daily basis.
3. Handle products with care to prevent any potential damage.
4. Report any equipment maintenance issues promptly on a daily basis.
5. Uphold a clean and safe working environment at all times.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach while also being able to work independently.
The role involves various processes such as HU retrieval, order set-up, pre-kitting (ILS), kitting, bagging, printing and/or labeling, hand packing, managing F/G units, board line component placement, and organizing bearing sets, all of which are essential for fulfilling the assembly job functions.
