About the Position:
The Nurse Supervisor is a key member of the Coronary Care Unit team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit and ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided in a safe and efficient manner.
You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve unit goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- CPR certification and current RN licensure in New Mexico.
Estimated Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
