Job Title: Coordinator of Youth Programs

Join the International Center of Photography (ICP) team as a Coordinator of Youth Programs and play a vital role in shaping the next generation of photographers and visual artists.

Job Summary:

The Coordinator of Youth Programs will be responsible for coordinating the daily administration of all youth-related program initiatives, including promotion, implementation, and evaluation. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Youth Programs and faculty to ensure the success of our youth programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the administration of youth-related program initiatives, including promotion, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of Youth Programs and faculty to ensure the success of our youth programs.
  • Support the recruitment and enrollment of students, as well as the scheduling of teaching assistants and equipment.
  • Assist in the production of final presentations, exhibitions, and publications.
  • Maintain the image archive and track student demographics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department to manage the content needed for Youth Programs promotion.
  • Assist with additional youth initiatives, including participation in ICP Public Programs, local festivals, and national conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as arts administration and education, youth and community development.
  • 2-3 years of experience in arts administration, teaching youth, and community engagement.
  • Experience in leading tours and public speaking.
  • Experience with photography-related curricula and lesson plans.
  • Prior program coordination experience is required.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in digital imaging capture, scan & print.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Working Conditions:

The Coordinator of Youth Programs will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to commute between locations. The employee will be required to work in a general public environment, face-to-face with the public.
