Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign status and performance metrics, utilizing data insights to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and performance discrepancies.
  • Technical Integration: Utilize technical skills to research and make recommendations to integrate advertising technologies with our ads engine platform.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to identify efficiency gains to campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to align ad engine strategies with overall business goals and product features.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports on product performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to execute simple software language commands to aid in monitoring and troubleshooting product performance.
  • Ad Platform Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and optimizing ad performance.

  • A competitive base salary of $105,000 to $125,000 per year + other financial incentives.
