KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revise and incorporate changes from Designers using AutoCAD.
  • Update documentation based on Management of Change (MOC) processes to assist Document Control.
  • Conduct general AutoCAD tasks to support the Design Team.
  • Understand and apply drafting standards, methodologies, and practices.
  • Ensure safety while working in both office and refinery settings.
  • Perform site inspections and walk-throughs as required.
  • Establish CAD settings, including libraries and layer configurations.
  • Utilize Ponca City Refinery's design protocols and project guidelines to produce various project drawings, including:
    • Schematics and Isometrics
    • P&IDs
    • Building and equipment layouts, cable tray and pipe routing
    • Pipe schedules
    • Installation details
    • Bill of Materials

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 1-5 years of drafting experience.
  • Experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a project team.
  • Capable of engaging with a diverse group of professionals, including Mechanical and/or I&E Designers, Engineers, and Contractors.
  • Fundamental understanding of Process & Instrumentation Symbols.
