Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall maintenance processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct training and mentorship programs for junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 months of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment maintenance software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with OSES Standard Operating Procedures for parts and tools.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in maintenance software.
