Job Title: Automotive Senior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Senior Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Americas. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while also mentoring and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform complex repairs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology through continuous paid formal training and certification programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair, with a strong background in advanced diagnostic techniques and repair methods.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8, with the ability to obtain additional certifications as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
