Key Responsibilities- Coordinate nursing care and services for patients and families in our Fetal Cardiology program
- Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers to resolve health concerns
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve program goals and objectives
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of recent pediatric experience in a comparable setting
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience, such as charge nurse, educator, preceptor, or council chair/member
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in a pediatric cardiology setting
- Certification in a relevant specialty, such as pediatric cardiology or nursing leadership
