Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Centra Healthcare Allied. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will work in an outpatient clinic setting, providing physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to meet their goals
  • Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
