Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary team in delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
Qualifications:
  • A current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
