**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ESOP Administrator to join our team. As a Senior ESOP Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a caseload of large and complex ESOP clients, ensuring timely and accurate administration of ESOP plans.
- Conduct compliance testing, including 409(p) testing, to ensure ESOP plans are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute ESOP plan documents, including annual reports and summary plan descriptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry developments, applying knowledge to ensure ESOP plans are administered in accordance with current laws and regulations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ESOP administration, including ESOP related compliance testing.
- Strong technical knowledge of ESOPs and other qualified retirement plans.
- Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification.
- Experience in ESOP plan review.
- Advanced level Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
