Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO at The Boldt Company, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, while ensuring seamless communication with internal and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external communication materials, including presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes, in coordination with the executive.
  • Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and make hotel and vehicle reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the executive.
  • Oversee event planning, including event agendas, catering, hotel reservations, RSVPs, and other relevant duties, to ensure a successful and memorable experience.
  • Process confidential documents, set up and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, and control the use of the executive's signature on all legal and other documents.
  • Provide support for projects and tasks within the organization, as requested by the executive, and maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • At least seven years of executive assistant experience or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft O365.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with individuals inside and outside the company.
