Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to plan and execute special events
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment that celebrates the individuality and diversity of our residents
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations and businesses to enhance program and event offerings
  • Manage and maintain all department equipment and supplies
  • Oversee the resident ambassador program and ensure its success
  • Perform work tasks in a way that preserves each resident's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in senior living or a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
