We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Director of Resident Programs at Park Creek Place of North Wales. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for planning and leading daily programs and special events that enhance the lifestyle for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement programs that promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to plan and execute special events
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment that celebrates the individuality and diversity of our residents
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations and businesses to enhance program and event offerings
- Manage and maintain all department equipment and supplies
- Oversee the resident ambassador program and ensure its success
- Perform work tasks in a way that preserves each resident's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in senior living or a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
