We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Park Creek Place of North Wales as a Concierge. This role offers a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. This will include greeting residents and visitors, providing general assistance, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Assistance: Welcome residents and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with residents, families, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that residents receive timely and effective support, and address any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Process reports, maintain records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Three months of related experience is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassion, empathy, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
