Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Safe Connections. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical supervision to our Adult Therapy Clinical Team, ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, promoting a trauma-informed culture and supporting therapist growth and development.
  • Oversight of compliance with established audit and productivity standards, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Hiring and training new therapists, conducting yearly performance reviews, and participating in agency committees.
  • Direct service therapy and support to clients during clinical staff transitions, as well as backup support for crisis intervention counseling.
  • Monitors staffing trends, supervises student interns, and participates in supervisory and planning meetings.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • LCSW or LPC Missouri state license, with a minimum of 3 years direct experience post-licensure providing clinical supervision.
  • Experience in providing culturally sensitive, trauma-focused therapies, post-traumatic stress, co-occurring symptom management, and counseling individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and web-based documentation systems.
