Position Summary

The Manager of Adult Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the Adult Therapy Team. This role involves providing high-quality clinical supervision, ensuring compliance with established standards, and fostering a supportive environment for therapists.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline. A valid LCSW or LPC license in Missouri is required, along with a minimum of three years of direct post-licensure experience in clinical supervision within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in culturally sensitive, trauma-informed therapies, management of co-occurring symptoms, and counseling for individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based documentation systems is essential for monitoring data trends related to client care and service delivery. Experience with tele-behavioral health processes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional clinical supervision to the Adult Therapy Clinical Team.
  • Support therapist needs and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Oversee compliance with audit and productivity standards.
  • Facilitate the hiring and training of new therapists.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and program assessments.
  • Deliver direct therapy services during staff transitions.
  • Offer crisis intervention support to clients as necessary.
  • Monitor staffing trends and supervise assigned student interns.
  • Participate in agency committees and attend relevant meetings.
