Senior Program Manager in Building Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our efforts in improving the workplace environment for employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance employee experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for in-building deployment initiatives, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, operations, and vendor partners to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate procurement activities, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance evaluation to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for in-building deployment.
- Define objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success measures to guide project implementation and monitor progress.
- Effectively communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of in-building deployment technologies and methodologies, stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in the field, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a large-scale operations environment
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
- PMP Certification or familiarity with continuous improvement, project management principles, and/or Kaizen Six Sigma
