Senior Financial Strategist

Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's financial strategy and driving financial performance. This role is based in the United States with significant financial leadership/oversight over US and India operations, among several other international locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Oversee internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize capital allocation.
