We are currently looking for an Audit Associate to join our dynamic team in the Financial Institutions Group.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with an engagement team to serve various financial institutions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, and audit programs.
  • Evaluate and analyze client internal controls.
  • Identify and address client concerns effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure clarity and manage expectations.
  • Work closely with the engagement team to assess project risks and develop actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA License is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in audit practice and pursuing CPA License.
  • Experience in the financial institution sector is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15%.
