Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complete and precise construction documents, utilizing both prototype design templates and custom projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Incorporate knowledge of materials and construction methods into documentation, emphasizing metal stud, masonry, and steel construction for accurate detailing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
- Create space planning and schematic design solutions tailored to client requirements, budget constraints, and specifications.
- Collaborate with MEP and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of systems into architectural designs.
- Revise documents as necessary to reflect internal quality control, client modifications, and adjustments mandated by authorities having jurisdiction.
- Assist in the construction administration process, including the review of shop drawings and requests for information (RFIs).

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architectural project production.
- Proficiency in creating construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Architectural licensure is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and updating projects in Revit is required.
