Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with middle-market privately owned businesses, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and cross-sell our services to expand our market share.
- Credit Analysis and Approval: Analyze and evaluate credit requests, write loan commitments, and recommend appropriate risk ratings and issue declinations in partnership with our credit team.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including credit renewal, review of detailed financial statements and collateral valuations, cash flow analysis, and management of delinquencies.
- Reporting and Compliance: Compile and analyze reports to monitor asset quality, credit quality, and compliance with policy and regulation, and determine appropriate action for wire transfers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years of equivalent experience.
Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel.
