Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • System Development: Assist in the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
  • Coordination: Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
  • Design and Development: Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations.
  • System Engineering: Develop system design solutions that satisfy the system requirements and fulfill the functional analysis.
  • Documentation: Participate in the development of system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
  • Modeling: Create models using model-based systems engineering suites.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience with scripting language such as Python, Java, and Powershell.
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies and systems engineering using associated services.
  • Agile Development: Experience with agile system development.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team.
  • Education: BS in Accounting, Information Systems or other related field.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI minimum.
Desired Qualifications
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering: Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Systems Engineering: Proficient in performing systems engineering.
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering Tools: Experience with at least one model-based systems engineering tool.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with Amazon Web Services and Azure cloud computing platforms.
  • Classified Systems: Experience engineering systems for classified, air-gapped, or high-side AWS Regions.
  • Serverless Development: Experience with serverless development methodologies, frameworks, and AWS Services (such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD development tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Documentation Skills: Process-oriented with great documentation skills.
