Patient Services Representative

At PT Solutions Physical Therapy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians in delivering research-driven treatments to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance verifications and manage prior authorizations to ensure seamless patient care.
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization for patient treatments.
- Oversee over-the-counter collections and reconciliation of all charges on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.

Qualifications & Pay Range:
- We require a minimum of a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).
Pay Range:
- $15 - $18 per hour.
- Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
