ENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGER
The Product Calibration and Testing team at Diverse Lynx is seeking a driven professional with expertise in automation and sensor technologies along with project management experience.

This team is accountable for the design specifications, initiation, validation, and deployment of automated systems to calibrate and assess Apple's products throughout new product introduction (NPI) and mass production phases.

The selected candidate will oversee deliverables and results across a wide array of product lines and technologies within the hardware testing division. This role will involve reviewing and enhancing existing documentation (such as Keynotes, Numbers, etc.), organizing departmental resources (including schedules and deliverables), and developing and monitoring requirements.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating the creation, documentation, and dissemination of coverage requirements for stations managed by the organization.
  • Collaborating with a diverse and dedicated team to ensure effective communication.
  • Creating schedules to guarantee that essential deliverables and dependencies are completed punctually.
  • Documenting information in both detailed and summarized formats, and effectively communicating the content during review sessions.

Key Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and feedback from various teams simultaneously.
A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering precise tools that empower teams to delve deeper.
Experience in designing and developing Tableau visualization solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Program or Project Management.
