About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Athletic Training Professional to join our team at Staffmark Group. As an Assistant Athletic Trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prevention and Management of Injuries: Develop and implement strategies to prevent injuries, evaluate and manage existing injuries, and provide rehabilitation services to student-athletes.
  • Collaboration with the Head Athletic Trainer: Work closely with the head athletic trainer to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Care for Student-Athletes: Provide medical care to student-athletes on an appointment basis during the school day, as well as after school and on weekends.
  • Communication and Documentation: Effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and families, and maintain accurate medical history and notes.
  • Supply Management and Team Rosters: Maintain a detailed inventory of supplies and equipment, and compile team rosters.
  • Athletic Eligibility Checks and Physical Exams: Conduct athletic eligibility checks for each season and coordinate physical exams and screenings.
  • Event Support: Assist in hosting athletic events and provide support to the athletic department as needed.
