Job Description

Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including product launches and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to communicate sales strategies and results to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
