Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Food Lion. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our stores, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Food Lion's standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify and address any cleanliness or sanitation issues.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation procedures to minimize shrink and improve labor productivity.
  • Collaborate with store associates to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
