Position Summary: We are in search of a seasoned Valve Machine Shop Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing processes, supervise a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of project quality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge, exceptional leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills. A deep understanding of valve manufacturing processes and troubleshooting techniques is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the valve machine shop, including both CNC and manual machinery.
- Directly supervise the Shipping Manager and Fabrication Leader to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
- Provide technical support, resolve machine-related issues, and improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and increase productivity.
- Conduct site visits for project evaluations and technical assistance.
- Train and mentor staff, manage inventory levels, and oversee equipment upkeep.
- Report on shop performance metrics to the CEO and address any operational concerns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within the valve sector.
- Hands-on experience with CNC and manual machinery, along with troubleshooting expertise.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel and a strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
