Position Overview:

Are you a motivated, results-oriented sales professional? Do you have a passion for the medical industry and a talent for cultivating strong client relationships? If so, we have an ideal opportunity for you. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outside Sales Representative for our Medical Devices division.

This is a permanent role where you will be tasked with driving sales and expanding our presence in the medical device sector.

You will represent our company, working to build relationships with healthcare professionals in private practice.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Outside Sales Representative for Medical Devices, you will:

  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet sales objectives and broaden our customer base.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to uncover new business prospects.
  • Present, advocate for, and sell products/services to both existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs assessments of prospective clients to fulfill their requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Meet established sales targets and deliver results within specified timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Stay informed about best practices and industry trends.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated outside sales experience.
  • A solid understanding of the sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative in the medical sector.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with the ability to establish productive professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented with a successful sales track record.
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
