Wound Care and Skin Health Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our skin health and wound management program as a Wound Care Coordinator/RN. This role will integrate and lead a patient-centered team approach for skin health and wound care.
Job Overview:This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive skin health and wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management. As a Wound Care Coordinator/RN, you will oversee the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and meet their individual needs.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices, provide education and training to staff, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with national guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive skin health and wound management program
- Oversee the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products
- Provide education and training to staff on skin health and wound management best practices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with national guidelines and standards
- RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval)
- Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire
- Commitment to attend monthly support calls
- National accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or commitment to complete Advanced Wound Training and national accredited Wound Certification within 1 year of hire
- Strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team
- Estimated salary: $63,000 - $78,000 per year
- Monday-Friday dayshift schedule (with occasional evening/weekend hours)
