Sales Consultant: Unlock Career Growth

Salary: As a Sales Consultant at Future Chevrolet, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, complemented by substantial commission opportunities based on your performance and overall sales results.
Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving profitability through timely and accurate financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting new and used vehicles to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Determining customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
- Presenting customers with financing options and products.
- Processing finance transactions and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensuring all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- A valid driver's license and a valid sales license.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
