Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year (base salary + commission)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at AssuredPartners, you will leverage your existing sales skills and experience to drive new business sales goals and deliver exceptional risk solutions to clients.
Job Description:
- Set and achieve new business goals
- Identify, target, and prospect new business using our Sales Tools
- Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize results
- Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals
- Stay current on license and education requirements
- Attend internal and external trainings to stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, local laws, and new/changed coverages
- Travel as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of insurance sales experience
- Appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses
- Thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and including rating procedures
- Self-starter with good communications skills and strong sales skills
