Business Manager Role Summary

As a Business Manager at Curbell, you will be responsible for executing and delivering upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the Business Manager role. This includes managing outside and inside sales, direct customer involvement, margin management, supplier relationships, inventory management, and training, as well as utilizing the Curbell Selling System, CRM, and sales tools. You will be responsible for implementing company initiatives at the local and regional level, developing a culture of high performance and employee engagement, and making well-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business plan to establish or grow a branch
Manage all aspects of the profit and loss statement from budgeting to year-end results
Analyze business results using SAP CRM reporting
Work with corporate departments to manage accounts receivable, suppliers, marketing programs, and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to develop and execute a business plan
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong business acumen and knowledge of sales and marketing principles
