Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team at TotalMed. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will assess and manage critically ill patients, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 3 days a week, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing, with at least two years of recent experience. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients, assessing their conditions, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, perform advanced interventions and procedures, and educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication and adaptability skills. A strong understanding of critical care principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
