Compensation PackageWe offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $84,633.12 to $94,036.8 per year, ensuring our team members are fairly compensated for their expertise and dedication.
Job DescriptionThe Patient Care Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the healthcare delivery system within their assigned unit, overseeing the direct supervision of nurses and ancillary personnel. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance of nursing plans, medical records, and referrals with policies and procedures.
- Maintaining unit cleanliness and coordinating patient care with other departments.
- Identifying and addressing potential problems, establishing priorities, and proposing corrective actions.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A successful graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferably a minimum of one-year clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the State of employment and CPR certification.
