Pharmacy Support Personnel I

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Outpatient Pharmacy Customer Service team at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and administrative support services to the Pharmacy Department.
  • Perform reception duties, including receiving and logging patients' medical records and assisting patients in accessing pharmacy services.
  • Assist patients in tracking package information within GlobalShip and obtain state-approved identification for controlled medication pickup.
  • Support Pharmacy Courier and Transportation Drivers in locating patient medications and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate medication refill processing, including correct medication inputs and delivery methods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering routine questions and making referrals as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data and information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of work and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to accurately type 25 words per minute.
  • Pass general background check and pre-employment drug test.
